We guarantee the quality of everything we sell, so if you think something doesn’t match up to our description of it, return it unused for a 100% refund or exchange, the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.  The offer is void if the product has been opened or used in any way.

Please Note: In addition to your statutory rights

Under Queensland Health Regulations, General Medicines, Prescriptions, Skincare, Vitamins and Nutritional Supplements cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This is because once the product has left the store, the storage conditions of the product cannot be guaranteed and it is possible that the product could have been tampered with before being returned and cannot be resold.

Guarantees, Warranties and Refunds

You are guaranteed that the goods you buy are of acceptable quality, match the description, sample or demonstration model you were shown and are fit for their intended purpose. If a product or service fails to meet the guarantee, you have the right against the business you purchased them from to have them ‘provide a remedy’. Depending on the circumstances, this may take the form of a refund, repair or replacement.

Incorrect Internet Orders

When you receive your order from us and you identify that it is incorrect in anyway, please contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of your order to advise us so that we can make the appropriate arrangements for the replacement products to be dispatched. If your order or part of your order is incorrect in any way due to an error by the Infinite Longevity Solutions, it will be replaced at no additional charge to you. Infinite Longevity Solutions cannot accept the responsibility for the return of any product if the packaging is damaged, the seal has been opened or the product used in any way, unless the product concerned is considered to be faulty after it has been opened.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If a product/s is damaged or you consider it to be faulty please contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of your order and we will advise you if the product/s is to be returned, replaced or a refund is to be issued. Generally if any product you order from us is considered to be faulty we will require it be returned to us so that it can be passed on to the manufacturer of that product for review as part of ensuring product standards and quality are maintained and we will replace the product for you at no extra charge. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card – Visa, Mastercard,  or Paypal Account that they were paid with.

You Have an Adverse Reaction to a Product

If you have had an adverse reaction other than the Niacin Flush, to a product, please stop taking or using the product immediately and contact us so we can report the reaction to the manufacturer or supplier.  The product will need to be returned to Infinite Longevity so it can be evaluated by the manufacturer or supplier. If the supplier or manufacturer deems the product to be at fault, a refund or exchange may be issued. Please note this is at the discretion of the supplier or manufacturer of the product.

If you have chemical or food sensitivities, are under the supervision of a healthcare professional for a specific medical condition or are using other prescribed medication or have a history of adverse reaction to skincare products or nutritional supplements, you should check all ingredients and seek advice from your own health care professional before purchasing and product/s from Infinite Longevity Solutions.

If you have been advised to stop taking a product by your doctor, medical or healthcare professional you should take notice of that information. We are unable to offer a refund on product/s if you have been advised to stop taking them by your healthcare professional and/or you continue to use the product/s.

Online Order Acceptance and Limitations

There may be orders that we are unable to accept. Some of the situations that may result in this occurring include; supplier limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, product or ingredient restrictions required by local, state, national regulatory bodies or potential credit card fraud. The latter may require additional verification of information from you before accepting your order; however, we will always contact you to advise you if any of the above should occur.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card payment has been made and before the order has been dispatched to you, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to place that order. If the order has been dispatched to you, then our current return of goods and credits policy applies accordingly.

Infinite Longevity Solutions fully supports and adheres to all national (Australian) therapeutic regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredients that are restricted or prohibited by any health department legislation, regulations and law in Australia.

Size of Orders

Generally there is no limitation on the size or value of an order that you can place with us provided the credit card payment is approved and our online service is available.

Recap on the Returns and Refund Policy and Procedures

We are not obliged to provide a refund, credit, replacement or exchange if you have changed your mind about the product/s, no longer want the goods you have purchased or found that you can buy the same item/s elsewhere for a cheaper price. Please choose what you wish to order carefully and make sure that your purchase is exactly what you need. If you are unhappy with the look, feel or smell of a product you have purchased we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for this either.
