    Vitastiq does not accept change of mind returns, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

    Claims – damage or malfunction
    If you believe your Vitastiq to be faulty, please follow the trouble shooting steps on website.  Once completed and you still believe there to be an issue, simply email us at and we can offer further guidance or provide you with a returns number.

    You are required to pay the postage costs to Vitastiq, however if the product is found to be faulty we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you and all postage costs will be reimbursed to you within 14 working days.

    If the product is found to be working satisfactorily, then postage costs are paid by the customer for both directions.

    Please ensure that the item you’re returning is packed in it’s original packaging with all parts and documentation that were included when you received it. Make sure to pack it in a padded envelop and safe from damage during transportation.
